Samat Nordic is recruiting a Customer Service Representative

The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will work in a team of 10 persons in the Helsingborg office. Working hours 08:00 to 17:00.

 

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
  • Work in an international environment with internal departments to meet customer’s needs
  • Data entry in various platforms

 

Qualifications

  • Speaking and writing Swedish, English and preferable German
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Logic thinking, ability to multi-task and manage stress, organize, and prioritize work
  • Flexible working hours
