Etics Alert/Whistleblower Form

- Enabling the financing of terrorist activities.
Refers to behaviors intended to prevent, restrict, or distort competition in a market by obstructing competitors’ activities.
Refers to the violation of prohibitions or restrictions on trade imposed by national or international authorities on countries, organizations, or individuals that threaten peace, international security, human rights, or involve technologies with potential civil or military uses.
Refers to:
- Repeated behavior infringing upon a person’s rights and dignity or impairing their physical and/or mental health (moral harassment), or behavior intended to obtain an unwanted sexual act (sexual harassment).
- Unfavorable treatment of a person based on origin, gender, age, disability, political or religious beliefs, sexual orientation, or any other criterion defined by law (discrimination).
Refers to violations of the economic, social, cultural, and political human rights recognized by international law for every individual, ensuring their fundamental freedoms, health, and safety.
Refers to serious damage caused to the air, atmosphere, water, soil, land, landscapes, natural sites, coastal or marine areas, and biological diversity, as well as the interactions between these elements.
Violation of regulations designed to protect information that directly or indirectly identifies an individual, as well as the rights of the persons concerned.
