Scope of the Whistleblowing System
Samat has implemented a dedicated procedure that allows individuals to independently report serious incidents or breaches related to ethics, compliance, or the duty of care.
This procedure is separate from other internal channels (Human Resources, employee representatives, mediation, etc.), which whistleblowers are free to use if they prefer.

Who can report?
- Any individual or legal entity acting in good faith
- Whose interests are or may be affected by the reported facts
What can be reported?
- Crimes or offenses
- Violations of laws, regulations, or international commitments
- Breaches of the Group’s Ethics & Compliance Code of Conduct
- Serious risks to the public interest, human rights, health, safety, or the environment
