Our store is hosted on an Ikoula Net SAS server – 175 Rue d’Aguesseau 92100 Boulogne-Billancourt – www.ikoula.com

Your data is kept on a secure server protected by a firewall.

Payment:

If you make your purchase using a direct payment gateway, the server will store your bank card details. These details are encrypted in compliance with the payment card industry data security standard (PCI-DSS standard). The information about your purchase transaction is kept as long as necessary for your order to be finalised. Once your purchase order has been finalised, the data concerning the purchase transaction is deleted.

All the direct payment gateways are compliant with the PCI-DSS standard managed by the PCI security standard council, which is the result of a joint effort by companies such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS standard requirements make it possible to guarantee the secure processing of bank card data by our store and by its service providers.

For these suppliers, we recommend you read their data privacy policies carefully so that you can understand how they will process your personal data.

Please remember that some suppliers may be located or have facilities in a jurisdiction which is different from yours or ours. Therefore, if you decide to continue a transaction that requires services from a third party provider, your data may then be governed by the jurisdiction in which the supplier is located, or the jurisdiction in which their facilities are located.

For example, if you are located in Canada and your transaction is processed by a payment gateway located in the United States, your data used to complete the transaction could be disclosed under United States legislation, including the Patriot Act

When you leave our store web site, or when you are redirected to a third party web site or application, you are no longer covered by this Data Privacy Policy, nor by the General sales and use terms and conditions for our web site.
